1. Soak your bamboo whisk in hot water to soften the prongs.
2. Sieve 1 spoon (1g) of SANRAE Ceremonial Matcha into your glass bowl.
3. Add 45ml hot water (not boiling).
4. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
5. Pour over hot or cold milk for a latte, or simply add water for tea.
6. Rest the whisk on the ceramic holder to dry and maintain its shape.
