Ingredients

½ cup oats (quick or rolled, gluten-free if needed)

½ cup water

½ cup almond milk (or any milk you love)

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil.
